Shake Shack Concord Mills

This location had just opened up not too long ago. We've been wanting to try it so we did last Sunday around 2:45 in the afternoon. It was moderately busy. Depending on how busy it is, parking could be a challenge. We ordered prior to our arrival, timing it out so our food would be ready by the time we arrived. Our order said it would be ready by 2:49. Apparently we weren't the only ones standing around waiting for their pickups. Everything looked very unorganized behind the counter. 15 minutes later we finally got our order. We each ordered a Shack Burger, mine a double, my wife a single. We each got fries. The burgers were very good, however the fries were obviously not fresh out of the fryer. They must of been sitting for a while before getting thrown in the bag. They weren't hot and they were a little too crispy for our liking. We probably won't go back to this location again, more than likely we'll drive a little further and hit the one in Huntersville. Wasn't impressed with the service & fries. Well, I went back today, June 11, to give them a 2nd chance to redeem themselves from my last visit. Surprisingly, it was a complete 180 turn around. KUDOS! Everyone said welco

I really enjoyed the food and outdoor seating. I absolutely loved the self-serve kiosk as well. Being my first time here, it was nice to be able to take my time to look over the menu. I’ve been there twice and I can tell there is a consistency issue. The burger tasted different the second time around.

This was our first time at Shake Shack and Shay greeted us and we very happy to assist and answer our first timer questions. She gave suggestions and was engaging. The food was good, the fries were 10 of 10. The bugers and shakes were good but nothing to shot the moon. All in all a great experience with it being a little pricey.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As I walked in, I was welcomed by Shay with one of the most beautiful, big smiles I’ve seen in a while. I had a few questions about the Shack Sauce, and they described it perfectly and even let me try it. The customer service here was truly top-notch. The place was super clean, and even the kitchen staff were smiling and welcoming, which made the whole atmosphere feel friendly and positive. The food was really good. I tried the Korean Chicken and the ShackBurger (without the sauce since I didn’t really care for it). My iced tea was exactly how I asked for it unsweetened with a splash of lemonade. Overall, it was a great experience, and the friendly service from Shay and the team really made my visit even better. I’ll definitely be back!

Grand Opening today. Very clean, fast service, juicy, well prepared burgers! Our waitress, Julisa, was kind. Rae is the manager, and she had a great sense of humor. Was super kind and sweet, definitely a place I'll come back too! Gave us $5 off coupons for grand opening! Celebrating something huge, and got a gift card. Best burgers ever!
